LUT combiner (github) is a small desktop application for overlaying different microscopy images with different lookup tables (LUTs) into a color image. The program supports 2 or 3 images.
The program was made at the request of a friend and is built using pyqtgraph and 3-color LUTs from ChrisLUTs
